Do I need Credit card information for Trial classes?
” No, you are not required for any credit card information for trial lessons.
Do you offer any Discounts for family Members?
” Yes, of course, we are offering special family Discount if you have two or more than two students registered from same family.
Do i need to give Credit Card information to anyone?
No. You will not give credit card information to anyone.You will make the payment online in the very secure environment..
What is the course refund policy?
Refundable Fees Policy:
- ❏ If Student will leave course before the course begins to date. Full discount (100%) of the amount will be repaid to the Student.
- ❏ If Student will stop classes after the first week then 75% of the Amount will be refunded.
- ❏ If Student stop classes in the middle of the month then 50% credit will be given.
- ❏ If Student will stop classes after the Third week then 25% of the Amount will be refunded.
How To Submit Refund Request?
- ❏ All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests must include students and client full name & course title.
- ❏ Submit request via email to support@holyquranclasses.com .
- ❏ All refunds are to be made within 7 days after receiving notice in writing from the student .
